The Thunder 3v3 Academy is for the U10-U15 Age Groups for both boys and girls. The players are broken into three person teams during the 3v3 session training. The players are warmed up using dynamic stretching and agility exercises. Then we have a 10 minute ball touch warm up. We move into the 3v3 scrimmages and game instruction for 30-40 minutes. We then finish the session with specific topic which could be shooting, 1v1, defending, dribbling, etc. The Thunder 3v3 Academy will be putting teams together to travel to various 3v3 tournaments locally, regionally and nationally. This is for an additional fee to attend and train for the tournaments.
The season lasts 4 weeks. The players will receive 6 hours of structured training and 3v3 scrimmages. The Saturday's PM session are for ages 12-15. Sunday's AM sessions are for ages 10-11. Please email Larry Graiber with any questions.
